Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached). Like rare vintage fabrics, some items require special handling:

Note: Due to the delicate nature of vintage fabrics, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Vintage items with original tags removed
  • Personalized or altered vintage pieces

The Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Virginia Beach team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Carefully: Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Back: Send your return to our Virginia Beach address using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days (timing depends on your bank)
  • Exchanges: Your replacement vintage item will ship within 1-2 business days after approval

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or defective). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Remember, each vintage piece has its own history and character. We recommend hand-washing vintage items in cold water and air drying to preserve their unique qualities.
